Although untreated sexually transmitted diseases may not cause any problems for a long time, they can have long-term serious consequences for physical and mental health.

Men and women practising anal sexual intercourses are recommended periodic preventative examinations of the anal channel, for condyloma and/or pre-cancerous changes can develop exclusively in the anal channel without causing any problems for a long time.
